* From Points North
95 South to Glades Road exit. At the end of the ramp make a left, heading east. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. 660 Glades Road, Oaks Medical Plaza, is on the south side of the street, directly across from the FAU entrance. There is a gas station next to the entrance into the complex. You can park in the free parking garage behind the buildings and take the ramp to the third floor. Our office is suite 340.
